Precinct Maintenance Schedule
Adelaide Airport completes a range of annual maintenance across the Terminal, tenanted buildings and wider precincts.
Maintenance schedules vary depending on your location, so please refer to the updates relevant to your tenancy.
Terminal Tenancies
- Bi-annual Testing - May & November
- Testing of fire detection, fire sprinkler, hydrants, hose reels & extinguishers.
- May require contractors to access your tenancy to test equipment.
- Bi-annual testing - October & April
- May result in temporary loss of power, approx. 20 minutes per circuit
- Not applicable until 2027.
- No operational impact
Catalyst Park
- Bi-annual Testing - May & November
- Testing of fire detection, fire sprinkler, hydrants, hose reels & extinguishers.
- May require contractors to access your tenancy to test equipment.
- Bi-annual testing - October & April
- May result in temporary loss of power, approx. 20 minutes per circuit
- Not applicable until 2027.
