Report a Maintenance Issue

If you've identified a maintenance issue, please complete a  Maintenance Request.

This form can be used by all Adelaide Airport tenants.

The more information you provide, the quicker our team can assess, prioritise and respond to your request. Where possible, please include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • The exact location
  • Photos or supporting documents
  • Any operational impacts or access requirements

Emergencies

For emergencies only, please contact the Airport Coordination Centre (ACC) immediately.

Examples include:

  • Fire or smoke
  • Major water leaks
  • Electrical hazards
  • Security incidents
  • Issues posing an immediate risk to people or operations

Planned Maintenance

Our maintenance team also undertakes regular planned and preventative maintenance throughout the airport precinct.

Before lodging a request, you may wish to check the current planned maintenance schedule to see if the issue is already being addressed.

What Happens Next?

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and assigned to the appropriate team. If additional information is required, a member of the team may contact you directly.
