MobileDOCK - Deliveries to Adelaide Airport
FAQs
Deliveries are made by moving goods from your allocated storage area (generally on level 0) in the lift to level 2, then down the Terminal concourse using a trolley, directly into your store.
The Terminal’s air conditioning is set to approximately 22 degrees.
No, your delivery partner does not require any security clearance as the delivery is made prior to the "sterile area" of the Terminal. Goods will be screened before entering into the Terminal at which point staff holding ASICs are responsible for collecting the delivery.
Deliveries into the Terminal must be booked within the designated screening times, which are not flexible.
Northern and Southern screening times are as follows:
Northern Screening
Monday 5am-9pm
Tuesday - Friday 7am-12am
Saturday / Sunday – Closed
Southern Screening
Monday 5am – 1am
Tuesday – Saturday 5am – 9pm
Sunday - Closed
There are two delivery docks at the Terminal, based at the Northern and Southern end of the Terminal.
Please use the attached plan to guide you.
B-double trucks are not permitted. All other vehicles are allowed.
Deliveries must be coordinated via MobileDock. For more information view MobileDOCK - Deliveries to Adelaide Airport
Yes, a MobileDock booking is required for all deliveries. Slots can be booked up to two weeks in advance.

While both Northern and Southern screening areas are air-conditioned, the roller door remains open to allow deliveries, which means the space is not temperature-controlled to a specific level.
ASIC/VIC holders are responsible for collecting goods at the screening point and ensuring they are moved into their final destination, spending minimal time on the concourse.
There are no formal restrictions. However, the maximum size of pallet/carton that can fit through the screening machine is:
At maximum width (width × height × length): 750 × 408 × 2400 mm (29.5 × 16 × 94.5 in.)
At maximum height (width × height × length): 305 × 600 × 2400 mm (12 × 23.6 × 94.5 in.)
Deliveries larger than this must be broken down into smaller bundles so that they can fit, this would be the tenants responsibility to coordinate with the delivery provider. Items that cannot be broken down (e.g solid items) will require hand screening using a wand.
Dangerous goods including sharps, weapons etc are not permitted. All other goods are allowed.
Deliveries are booked via MobileDock by the tenant representative. Onboarding for MobileDock will be provided by a Terminal Manager prior to the lease’s start date.
Two delivery points (Northern and Southern) are available in case of disruptions. The airport operates 365 days a year and the screening points are not typically affected by bad weather or similar issues.
Schedules are not formally approved but can be booked via MobileDock up to 14 days in advance. Recurring bookings are not permitted.
At this time there are no costs for processing deliveries, or parking at the delivery docks.
Deliveries are permitted as long as MobileDock accepts the booking.
Updates will be communicated via MobileDock notifications to the nominated representative registered on-site.
No limitations apply.
There is no parking available. Vehicles proceed directly to the loading docks.
