Emergency Procedures
Know what to do and who to contact in an emergency.
If there is an immediate threat to life, property or safety, call the appropriate emergency service and notify the Airport Coordination Centre (ACC) as soon as possible.

Emergency Procedures
- Stop work immediately
- Follow directions from Airport Staff
- Wardens or Emergency Services
- Assist customers if safe to do so
- Proceed to the nearest safe exit
- Report to the designated assembly area
- Do not collect personal belongings
- Do not re-enter until authorised
- Keep people clear of the area
- Do not attempt clean-up unless trained
- Notify ACC immediately
- Follow directions from responding personnel
Report any injury, property damage, hazard or unsafe condition to the ACC as soon as possible.
